The new Public Sector specific equality duty is due to come in force on 4 April 2011. In anticipation of this we have revised our guidance for staff on integrating equality impact assessment into policy making and review. Our Trust Board has an evidence-based approach to decision-making. Outcomes of our Equality Impact Assessment process support the Trust Board decision-making.
